LA1: Carry Out A Pre-Production (Health and Safety)

 1) Are there any potential hazards that could pose a health and safety risk where your photo shoot will take place (trailing cables/traffic/other objects.)?

There is no potential hazards in my case when I'm shooting my film, I'm not going to film somewhere dangerous such as outdoors, I'll do the filming inside the house.

2) What will you do to ensure these risks are minimised?

I'm gonna make sure that trailing cables aren't in the way of anyone when someone passes by the room so that no one will be tripped by the cables.

3) Will the time of day/weather affect the outcome of the photos? Have you allowed for this?

I'm shooting my film inside the house, I'm not planning to shoot anything outside.

4) Have you considered the background to your photos, particularly if taken outside? How will you ensure you will get the background you want?

No I haven't considered a background to my photos as my movie will be shoot at home.

5) Have you considered lighting? What about the 'problems' of natural lighting either outside, or streaming through a window? Will you need to use a flash? Have you considered reflective objects that might spoil the effect?

I haven't considered lighting but I think it will be useful during filming, I don't think I will need a flash or any reflective objects as it wasn't part of my equipment plans to shoot my film.

6) Do you need permission to take photos in the place/venue you have in mind?

If my film was needed to have photos of places, then yes I would ask permission first but like I said my movie will be filmed at home.

7) Do you need to book time in a room (eg the photography studio at Shiney)?

No, I don't need to as my plans for my film will take place at home.

8) Are other people/crowds likely to be an issue for you? What have you done to ensure that it will not spoil the effect?

The crowds or people won't be an issue for me because I'm not planning to film anywhere.

9) Are you reliant on lifts/props/friends' equipment/models? How have you planned that these things will come together at the appointed time? Plan B?

Yes, I have planned to have friends on my movie and currently there is no plan B.

10) Finally, have you thought of every eventuality?

No, to be honest haven't really thought of possible outcomes.
